Some destinations have individual shop profiles, while others currently have guide-only coverage; use the city index and directory to choose the right starting point.
How to read our listings
Our sourced shop pages identify the websites or publications used and the date we consulted them. Official business pages are preferred for addresses, menus and contact details. When information comes from a third-party guide, we identify that source and its limitations.
A source-check date means we reviewed the published information on that date. It does not mean we visited the shop, spoke to its owner or confirmed that it is open today. Individual pages explain what is known and what still needs checking.
City guides and recommendations
Our city guides are starting points for exploring neighbourhoods. Some existing shortlist entries are still being reviewed. Unless a page explicitly describes a personal visit, treat it as researched information rather than a firsthand review or a definitive ranking.
Who publishes the guides
The Bánh Mì Hub Editorial Team maintains the city guides and shop directory. The team uses public business information and credited independent sources. A source check is not a personal visit; any first-hand reporting should be identified explicitly.
Corrections and updates
We prioritize shops for which we can identify a specific branch and useful, sourceable details. We revisit pages when new source information or reader corrections arrive. Source-check dates record when published information was reviewed, not a guarantee that a shop is open today.
Spot an outdated address, closure or other error? Email the editorial team with the page URL and a source for the correction.
Before you visit
